The multi action project mobilize organizations which work on regular base with migrants and refugees with the aim to search together solution for how to improve quality of projects for Inclusion.

 

The project combines two mobility activities: a seminar and an youth exchange.

 

The project involves 56 persons

 

1st activity - Mobility of youth workers: Seminar, 15-20 February 2017

 

The aim of the seminar is to bring together youth workers, local authorities, municipal officers responsible for youth and youth leaders working with young migrants at regional and local level throughout Europe to better approach, involve and engage young people with migrant background by promoting partnership and dialogue among different sectors.

 

2nd activity - Mobility of youth: -Youth Exchange, 1-11 May 2017

 

The main aim of the Youth Exchange will be involve groups of young people to promote their active participation, inclusions and support them to make their voice be heard.

 

Th exchange will give opportunity young migrants and refugees to participate in educational, cultural and social life and increase their self-confidence and empower their role in the society.

 

The project covers all the costs of the participants and activities under Erasmus+ rules

Look Beyond the Label

1-11 June, 2017 Kobuleti, Georgia

 

The youth exchange will bring together 40 young people facing different obstacles of the gender equality coming from their social, cultural or other barriers in order to speak out about topic and to empower their inclusion and leadership for violence prevention. It will support to build the capacity and awareness of gender equality and to explore the background(s) of the diversities of gender perception in different countries.

 

The participants will move around Georgia to visit different places, arrange different activities, meet locals and speak up against violence and promote equality.

 

The project will give a space to young people facing different obstacles like single mother or men are the victims of psychological or physical violence to share their own stories, and to give possibilities to them to gain knowledge about gender issues , get encouraged to stand up for their rights and for other.

YOUTH EXCHANGE

Story of My Life

6-16 December, 2016 Maasbree, Netherlands

 

 

The youth exchange brings 24 young people with fewer opportunities including refugees, asylum seekers and migrants to share the problems they are facing in the life, encourage their inclusion, and make them aware of the importance of active participation in social life.

Participants will experience how to behave in front of other people, learn how to make some interesting things connected with art, music, drama, sport, storytelling etc. By creating photos and short movies the participants have opportunities to put their own stories in short movies. They will use creativity "To Make Their Voice Be Heard”;

The project includes various interesting methods role and simulation games, presentation, working groups, discussions and reflection groups. Intercultural Learning will support the youth mobility, their active participation in ERASMUS+ and develop common projects. Participants will learn how to use all the different possibilities of Erasmus+.

The participant countries are: Netherlands, Bulgaria, Turkey and Romania
