Tunes for Peace

The youth exchange will bring together 24 young people together to use music as a tool to contribute in peace building movement. The project intends to make a music and a video clip for peace; the music will be voice for youth to support peace initiatives.

 

This will strengthening the capacity of young people to deal the potential conflicts but use Music-art and culture as a tool for stressing cultural values in order to build up inter-cultural dialogue, peace initiative and combat violence and racial harassment.

 

Since Music is a very influential instrument of communication, the participant’s creation of music and clip should be an attractive way of dealing with the issues of Conflict. On the other hand, knowing how to live under common roof in international community, tolerate, be integrate and to becoming responsible citizens and to actively contribute to civic life in their local societies.

 

The project will take a stand against discrimination, bullying, Violence and Racism.

 

The project includes various interesting methods Role and simulation games, presentation, working groups, discussions and reflation groups. The youth exchange mobilize young people to use Art, theatre, music , photography, short movies as a tool for stressing cultural values.

 

Intercultural Learning will support the youth mobility, their active participation in ERASMUS + and development common projects, participants will learn how to use the different possibilities of Erasmus + gives.

 

We have 6 persons per country.

The participant countries are: Netherlands, Bulgaria, Turkey and Romania

 

 

 

Youth exchange

Peace, Love and Care

Phase 2 - Training Course

Those helped young people from different countries and cultures to speak out about problems they are facing in the environment, sharing information and the facts of violence and bullying. The participants did live, work, discuss, cook together under a common roof. We had a forum to discuss ways of reintegrating young offenders into society and their ideas on how to deal with bullying at school or the environment they live.

 

Since photography and movies is a very influential instrument of communication using the photography and movies young people did present and show their views of thinking and approaching to the community

 

In the frame of project we produced stickers, posters and calendars which where designed by the participants.

 

When the participants did go back home they organized an evening with pictures, slides, video so that people from their countries know what they have done there and also they will share the information about the situation of the participant countries.

 

We had 4 countries (Slovenia, Romania, Turkey, Netherlands) and from each countries we had 6 participants . Age group: 18-25.

 

Youth Exchange - "Eco Embassadors"

The aim of the project was to increase the awareness of young people on nature, ecology, recycling and environment pollution issues.

 

The program was based on interactive workshops, games, debates and presentations, recycling efforts, ECO Art and photo exhibitions, tree planting and clean-up campaigns. The participantstraveled to different parts of Georgia and were involved in an information campaign.

 

The participants did have the possibility to exchange opinions about problems of environmental issues in their countries.

 

The last days the participants did work on follow up and future projects. .

 

Participant countries: Turkey, Netherlands, Latvia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia

 

Each countries we did have 6 participants. Age group: 18-25.

 

Training course - "Inclusive Growth"

The main themes of the training course were Human Rights Education & Inclusion.This International Youth meeting was directed to make youth aware, to play an active role to fight against exclusion- discrimination and violence.

 

The project encouraged and promoted intercultural learning and mutual understanding of youth form different countries and to gain basic knowledge, and exchange practices, of anti-racial education and disseminate them all over Europe.

 

The project supported the youth mobility, their active participation in Youth in Action Programme, to development of the Networking of Multipliers, realization common projects, give the possibilities to young people to get skills and knowledge’s how to write projects and how to use the different possibilities that different actions are giving in Youth in Action Program.

 

Youth exchange - "Imagine"

The youth exchange –“Imagine” brought together youth from 4 European countries to learn from each other , use creativity and innovation as a key competence for the personal development, to exchange the information about their social life and share their opinions and ideas on cultural diversity and tolerance by using two main tools: photography and short movie.

 

During the meeting we used non formal education techniques, the program was based on interactive workshops, games, debates and presentations. The activity promoted successful cooperation, certainly under condition of mutual tolerance and interest to comprehended culture of each other.

 

Training course - "Make a choice"

22-27 July, 2010

The training course –"Make a choice” brought together youth organizations, institutional actors, policy makers, researchers to support people working in the area of inclusion, to provide the necessary knowledge, skills and attitudes through the training and in order to discuss the topic of youth employment and possible solutions to it.

 

The project stimulated young unemployed people's active participation in society and encouraged about how European Youth in Action projects can be used as tool to improve the access of young people with fewer opportunities into labour market.
